You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Fees (Self-Serve)

We run self-serve platform for our clients, on whose behalf we collect payments through online payments gateways (like Stripe, Razorpay etc.). All amounts due under this Agreement exclude VAT/GST and shall be payable by Advertiser by credit or debit card upon topping up their wallet. The invoice(s) shall relate to the impressions and services to be delivered during the Campaign Period, the charges for which shall be confirmed in the Platform. Adster (and their respective client) software statistics on click-through rates and impressions shall be the only statistics valid and relevant for the calculation of any amounts due under this Agreement. Adster (and their respective client) shall provide evidence of the click-through rates and impressions at the Advertiser`s request. All payment shall be made in the currency as specified in the Platform.

4. Cancellation & Refunds (Self-Serve)

Advertiser may request cancellation of a campaign through online options provided against campaigns. If the campaign was cancelled before commencement of the Campaign Period in which case Adster will refund the fees already paid pursuant to such campaign back to the wallet. And if the advertiser then requests for refund from wallet, within 7 working days, payment will be refunded back to the source (minus the processing payment gateway charges). Advertiser hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees that if it wishes to cancel an Order within 72 hours of the commencement of the Campaign Period, Adster Teech (and its respective client) will not be obliged to refund any fees paid by the Advertiser in respect of such Order.

If Adster (and their respective client) does not deliver the number of impressions during the period set out on the campaign (the “Campaign Period”), Adster (and their respective client) shall refund to Advertiser's wallet a pro-rata amount of the relevant fees paid equal to the shortfall of impressions. Subsequently Advertiser can request refund from wallet and within Seven (7) working days refund will be credited (minus the payment processing gateway charges).

Note: All the refund from wallet back to the source will be MINUS the payment gateway processing charges.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform may contain text, images, graphics, software, and other content. All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property rights, and you may not use it without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Platform or its users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka (India). Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka (India).
